These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Liadtech Prediction (the “Service”), operated by Liadtech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Liadtech Predictionprovides AI-generated market predictions and analytics for crypto, forex and minerals. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Not financial advice
All predictions, forecasts, indicators and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. Predictions are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, your chosen payment method is charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing data without permission, scraping or automated bulk access outside provided interfaces, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liadtech disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
