This Privacy Policy explains how Liadtech(“we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use Liadtech Prediction. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with applicable laws such as the GDPR.
1. Data we collect
Account data you provide: name, email, password (stored hashed), and optional profile details. Billing data is handled by Stripe; we store only a customer/subscription reference, never your full card details. Usage data: the assets and predictions you view, favorites, and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use your data
To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts), enforce plan limits, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party processors
We share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors: Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional email), and AI/data providers used to generate predictions. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as language and theme). We do not use them for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and associated records are removed, except where we must retain limited information to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
6. Your rights

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
